Role Overview:
Ingena UK seeks a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to lead our expansion efforts within the UK. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion to find new business opportunities and a keen eye for emerging market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance our market presence.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
2. Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with new partners and distributors.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Develop promotional and marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
4. Brand Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure the product offerings meet market demand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market data and trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Passion for food and a keen interest in culinary innovations.
- Working proficiency in Hindi and Spanish. Full working proficiency in English.
